Injection Molding

Lewis Plastics and its related companies offer 32 injection molding machines from 50 ton to 1000 ton. Due to our wide range in press sizes we have the capabilities to be your one source for your injection molding needs. We also have 3 vertical rotary table machines for high speed insert molding. These machines are all over 200 ton allowing us to make large surface area filters and screens. 

Secondary Operations

We offer in-house hot stamping, sub assembly, and ultrasonic welding .
