Custom Plastic Injection Molding Services

Lewis Plastics has supplied injection molded thermoplastic components since 1969. Our experience with a wide range of materials and our deep understanding of design, tooling, and processing allow us to produce reliable parts that meet demanding requirements across industries.

Press Capacity

Our facility houses more than 30 horizontal injection molding presses ranging from 55 to 1,574 tons. This broad range supports projects from small precision parts to large, complex components. Robotics and automation on all presses improve cycle times and repeatability for consistent results.

Materials Expertise

Material selection plays a defining role in part performance. Our team works with a full spectrum of injection molding materials, including standard thermoplastics such as ABS and polypropylene, as well as engineering-grade resins like Ryton and Ultem. We evaluate resin flow, strength, temperature resistance, and other factors to identify the best fit for each project.

Customers count on us for custom injection molding services that balance performance with cost efficiency, no matter the complexity of the design.

Design Collaboration

Engaging early in the design phase helps prevent costly revisions and delays. Lewis Plastics works alongside customers to refine part designs, improve manufacturability, and reduce production costs. Our decades of experience in precision plastic injection molding ensures every project is optimized before production begins.

Quality and Reliability

Every molded part is supported by ISO 9001:2015 certification and a climate-controlled quality lab. Inspection processes include dimensional layouts, prototype verification, ISIR, PPAP, and ongoing in-process checks. Customers count on Lewis Plastics for defect-free parts and dependable delivery.
